Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program (NLN-approved preferred).
• Current state nursing license in good standing.
• BLS certification (or during orientation).
• ACLS and PALS certification required or obtained within six months.
• Handle with Care certification or obtained within six months.
• Must pass pre-employment assessments as required by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies and philosophy.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Apply Patient-Centered Care principles as the foundation for nursing care.
