Job summary

HCA Healthcare, Inc. in Nashville seeks a Wound Care Registered Nurse to coordinate and provide care for patients, collaborating with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to support patients and families.

Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication administration, documentation, education, equipment maintenance, and clear communication of patient needs. You will perform patient rounds to maximize satisfaction, apply knowledge of growth and development for patient ages,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year wound care experience.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Current licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or other acceptable Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS certification.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Wound Care Registered Nurse will provide and coordinate care for patients. The Registered nurseis responsible forcollaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide physical and psychological support to patients and their families. Daily responsibilities of the Registered nurse include but are not limitedto:assessments and reassessments, developing individualized plans of care, medication administration, documentation, education, proper maintenance of equipment, and communication of patient needs.

• You willdemonstrateknowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served as per Scope of Service.

• You will promote customer service initiatives.

• In thisroleyou willdemonstrateyour ability to perform technical skills and procedures.

What qualifications you will need:
