TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Medical Surgical Acute Care Registered Nurse to deliver and coordinate patient care. The RN will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to provide physical and emotional support to patients and families.

Responsibilities include assessments, developing care plans, medication administration, documentation, equipment maintenance, and effective communication of patient needs.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year med/surg experience.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Current licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or other acceptable Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Pursue and complete Med-Surg certification within 1 year from date of hire.

The Medical Surgical/Acute Care Registered Nurse will provide and coordinate care for patients. The Registered nurseis responsible forcollaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide physical and psychological support to patients and their families. Daily responsibilities of the Registered nurse include but are not limitedto:assessments and reassessments, developing individualized plans of care, medication administration, documentation, education, proper maintenance of equipment, and communication of patient needs.
