Job summary

NIVA Health invites experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our Mobile Wound Care Division. You will lead wound care delivery in patients' homes and local facilities, applying advanced therapies while maintaining high-quality documentation and safety standards.

Take charge, mentor colleagues, and influence clinical practice across multiple states as you shape best practices through autonomous, patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA with proven advanced wound care expertise.
• Ability to practice independently in home and facility settings.
• Strong clinical decision-making and effective communication.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage wound care patients across diverse settings.
• Apply advanced therapies and clinical judgement to drive healing.
• Mentor and train team members to raise clinical standards.
