Job summary

NIVA Health in Texas is hiring a Mobile Wound Care Provider (NP/PA) to deliver expert wound care at patients' homes and local facilities, using evidence-based therapies and advanced technologies. You will work autonomously with clinical leadership and direct patient impact.

You will mentor teammates, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute to continuous quality improvement, EMR documentation, and clinical innovation within a growing mobile program.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA with experience in advanced wound care.
• Ability to manage patients independently across settings.
• Strong clinical decision-making and leadership abilities.
