Job summary

NIVA Health's Mobile Wound Care Division seeks an experienced NP/PA to lead autonomous wound care in patients' homes and local facilities, delivering advanced therapies with clinical judgment.

You will mentor providers, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and document meticulously in EMR while advancing quality and outcomes across states.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
