Job summary

NIVA Health is seeking a Mobile Wound Care Provider to deliver high-quality, autonomous wound care in patients' homes and local facilities across Michigan Bay City region. You will assess, diagnose, and apply advanced therapies, using evidence-based approaches to promote healing while documenting care in a dynamic EMR system.

As a clinician leader, you will mentor teammates, participate in interdisciplinary care planning, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives across multiple states.

• Licensed NP or PA with proven wound care expertise.
