Job summary

Healogics, the nation’s largest provider of advanced wound care, is seeking a Program Director/Program Manager to lead the Wound Care Center for a defined region. You will oversee day-to-day operations, align staff, manage resources, and maintain strong hospital partnerships to drive high-quality patient outcomes.

This role focuses on growth through community education and marketing, fiscal stewardship, and performance improvement, with collaboration across hospital teams and Healogics support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Experience leading outpatient clinic operations.
• Strong financial management and revenue cycle knowledge.
• Excellent communication with hospital partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staff management.
• Direct financial management and revenue cycle activities for the program and hospital partner.
