Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Wound Program Coordinator to lead our wound care services. You will oversee treatment plans, collaborate with clinical teams, and educate patients and families on wound care to drive healing.

Formación

• One year of wound care experience is required.
• CPR certification is mandatory.
• Education & experience: RN, PT, or OT credential for acute rehab hospitals; RN for long-term acute care hospitals.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and develop wound care services in adherence to regulatory standards and physician orders.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to provide guidance on wound care treatments.
• Lead educational efforts for hospital staff on wound care topics, and educate patients and families on wounds and wound care.
• Maintain continuous education and stay updated on the latest wound care techniques and advancements.
