PAM Health is seeking an experienced Director of Wound Care to lead our wound care program in Denver. This leadership role directs a team of 5–7 clinicians, oversees daily operations, and ensures high-quality patient care while meeting regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, CPR certification, CWS credential, and at least five years of nursing leadership experience with proven collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Salary: $95,000–$115,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• CWS certification (or equivalent) in good standing.
• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and supervision for the wound care team.
• Oversee all wound care service operations to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
• Evaluate staffing needs and recommend appropriate staff-to-patient ratios to support quality outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Foster effective communication by serving as a liaison between clinical staff and hospital administration.
• Promote staff engagement, accountability, productivity, and professional development.
• Develop, implement, and maintain departmental policies, procedures, and best practices in accordance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and organizational guidelines.
• Monitor quality metrics and implement performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional wound care services.
