Lever, Inc. is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide bedside wound care across post-acute facilities in Alabama. This role offers clinical autonomy, strong work-life balance, and the opportunity to specialize in wound management with ongoing training.

Enjoy a mobile practice visiting multiple facilities within a 40–60 mile radius, delivering care to 20–30 patients daily. Full health benefits, retirement, and paid training are provided, with no night or weekend duties required.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in the state of practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute care facilities.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Travel to facilities within a 40–60 mile radius.
• Treat approximately 20–30 patients per day.
