Lever, Inc. is seeking a Wound Care Physician for a mobile, bedside wound care role across facilities. This position offers autonomy and a strong work-life balance with no nights, no calls, and no weekend clinical duties.

Expect a multiple-facility schedule within a 40-60 mile radius, delivering top-tier wound care with modern modalities. The role is full-time (Mon–Fri, 7 am–4 pm) with an option for part-time.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the practice state.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute facilities.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at facilities.
• Deliver modern wound management using advanced modalities.
• Document care in real-time during rounds in our EMR.
