Lever, Inc. is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a National Wound Physician Group. This role emphasizes bedside wound management, clinical autonomy, and ongoing training.

No nights, no on-call, no weekend duties. You will visit 2-3 facilities daily within a 40–60 mile radius, perform rounds, manage 20–30 patients per day, and document in real-time using our wound-specific EMR. • Active license to practice medicine in requested state (MD/DO).
• Willingness to work in a mobile, multi-site post-acute setting.
• Demonstrated competence in wound management and bedside care.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute facilities.
• Perform weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Document care in real-time using the proprietary EMR.
• Visit 2–3 facilities per day within a 40–60 mile radius.
