Lever, Inc. seeks an Internal Medicine Physician to join a national wound care group. This position emphasizes clinical satisfaction, autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance with no nights, no call, and no weekend clinical responsibilities.

You will be mobile, visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius, delivering bedside wound care in post-acute settings such as SNFs and LTACHs, with weekly wound rounds and a paid training track including a 6-month wound care fellowship.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted MD/DO license in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute facilities.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds.
