Hillcrest Hospital Pryor is seeking a Wound Care Nursing Manager to lead a dedicated wound care clinic in Pryor, OK. The role oversees five treatment rooms, two hyperbaric chambers, and a team of six, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations.

The manager collaborates with physicians, staff nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, manage staffing, and drive department performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Oklahoma RN License required.
• WCC Certification required.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in nursing leadership or wound care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a wound care clinic with 5 treatment rooms, 2 hyperbaric oxygen chambers, and 6 staff.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and staff nurses.
• Provide direct operational support for the department and identify barriers to care.
• Serve as a clinical resource and liaison between staff and management.
• Plan nursing interventions and evaluate staffing needs with the director.
