Job summary

Hillcrest HealthCare System in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Wound Care Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for Advanced Wound Care services across the system. You will oversee daily operations, financial performance, and service line growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional patient experiences.

You will partner with physicians and hospital leadership to drive business development, strengthen physician relationships, and expand market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Oklahoma Registered Nurse license is required.
• Five (5) or more years of clinical nursing experience.
• Two (2) or more years of nursing management experience.
• Master's Degree (or current enrollment) in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Advanced Wound Care services, overseeing daily operations, clinical performance, and service line initiatives.
• Lead, supervise, and develop assigned staff, ensuring effective communication and alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee patient flow, care coordination, and service delivery to enhance patient satisfaction and quality outcomes.
• Develop and execute strategic plans, goals, and growth initiatives to strengthen wound care services and expand market share.
• Manage annual budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to support operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain physician relationships, serving as a liaison between medical staff and hospital administration.
• Drive business development, community outreach, and referral growth strategies to increase wound care utilization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards and quality and patient safety requirements.
