Qualifications

• Must have a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN in Illinois.

• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with customers and other personnel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect nursing care to patients with various wound types.
• Supervise nursing activities performed by nurses related to wound care.
• Ensure all nursing procedures and protocols are followed.
• Educate facility staff on pressure ulcer prevention.
• Coordinate facility wound audits with nursing staff.
