The LPNprovides direct and indirect patient care services that meet the psychosocial,physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patientand family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibilityindicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a RegisteredNurse. Maintain regulatory agency requirements, nursing and hospital policies,procedures and standards. Communicate with physicians and team members aboutchanges in patient’s clinical condition, including results of diagnosticstudies and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately to changes incondition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform generalnursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.

*$10,000 Sign-On Bonus is offeredas per the terms of an Employment Assistant Agreement with a 2-year minimumcommitment.
