RestorixHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our wound care team. You will provide patient care based on nursing processes, educate patients and families, and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff.

Training will be provided for wound care and billing experience is a plus. The role offers a Mon-Fri schedule with no weekends, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life and disability coverage, 401(k), PTO, and ongoing

Our Wound Care Registered Nurses (will train) are the heart and soul behind what we do. Utilizing the Nursing Process, the RN plans, implements, directs, and evaluates patient care to achieve optimal outcomes. The Wound Care Nurse works collaboratively with all other disciplines on the assigned unit. Additionally, the RN prioritizes nursing actions and will implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames. Ongoing training will provide you with the tools to be successful in your role.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide patient care based on scientific principles/nursing theory and evidence-based practice

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in nursing, Bachelor of Science in Nursing required for Magnet Hospitals
• ValidRegistered Nursing license required
• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association required
• Prior experience working with wound care patients (Will train)
• Prior experience with billing and coding preferred
