Care Pavilion in Philadelphia seeks a dedicated Wound Care Nurse (RN) to provide expert wound assessment, treatment, and education within our interdisciplinary team.
You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Infection Control to implement care plans, document progress, and participate in weekly wound rounds and committees to improve patient outcomes.
Active Pennsylvania RN license, BLS, and Wound Care Certification required; minimum three years of long-term care wound care experience.

Communicates and collaborates closely with the Director of Nursing, physicians, Unit Managers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to provide consistent quality care to those patients and residents with wounds. They also work closely with the Director of Staff Development, Infection Prevention and Control Officer as well as the Quality Improvement team to ensure that all nursing staff is educated in the principles of wound prevention and treatment. The Wound Care Nurse implements treatment modalities as assigned.
