We’re currently seeking a Full-Time Wound Care Nurse for our Day Shift (7 AM – 3 PM) to lead the charge in ensuring optimal wound healing and prevention for our residents.

Deliver skilled, evidence-based wound care treatments as ordered by physicians
Evaluate and document wound healing progress using current protocols
Educate residents, families, and staff on proper wound care and preventive practices
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive treatment planning
Maintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines
Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to skin and wound outcomes
Current Georgia RN License (Required)
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
Prior wound care experience preferred but not required—training available for the right candidate
