Salary : $35 - $36 per hour

Key Responsibilities :

• Wound Care Expertise : Provide comprehensive care for open wounds, including cleaning, dressing changes, and monitoring healing progress.
• Accurate Documentation : Complete necessary admission paperwork and consistently document resident care in compliance with facility standards.
• Patient Education : Educate residents and their families on proper wound care techniques and offer guidance for ongoing recovery.
• Medication Administration : Administer wound care treatments and medications while ensuring strict adherence to infection control policies.
• HIPAA Compliance : Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations and facility protocols.

Qualifications :

• Active RN / LPN license in the State of New Jersey
• Prior experience in wound care is preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
