Job summary

RestorixHealth is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our wound care team. This role focuses on implementing the Nursing Process, delivering routine patient care, and collaborating with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

We offer Monday–Friday schedules with no weekends, plus a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training opportunities to grow professionally within our wound healing and Amputation Prevention Center facilities.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN nursing license required.
• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Prior wound care experience preferred (Will train).
• Experience with billing and coding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on nursing theory and evidence-based practice.
• Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately.
• Prioritize nursing actions including patient needs, acuity, and desired outcomes.

Licensed Practical Nurse

Our Wound Care Nurses (will train) are the heart and soul behind what we do. Utilizing the Nursing Process, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plans, implements, directs, and evaluates patient care to achieve optimal outcomes. The Wound Care Nurse works collaboratively with all other disciplines on the assigned unit. Our LPN jobs provide routine care for the sick or injured while working in conjunction with Registered Nurses. Ongoing training will provide you with the tools to be successful in your role.
