Job summary

RestorixHealth is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for per diem coverage to support wound care patients. You will apply the nursing process, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, ongoing training, and opportunities to grow within a supportive environment. A weekday schedule with no weekends is offered as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN nursing license required.
• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Prior experience working with wound care patients preferred (Will train).
• Experience with billing and coding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on nursing principles and evidence-based practice.
• Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately.
• Prioritize nursing actions reflecting patient needs, acuity, and desired outcomes.

Utilizing the Nursing Process, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plans, implements, directs, and evaluates patient care to achieve optimal outcomes. The Wound Care Nurse works collaboratively with all other disciplines on the assigned unit. Our LPN jobs provide routine care for the sick or injured while working in conjunction with Registered Nurses. Ongoing training will provide you with the tools to be successful in your role. What You’ll Do
