Job summary

RestorixHealth in Teaneck, NJ seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - PRN to provide patient care on a wound care unit. The role follows nursing process, plans, directs, and evaluates care in collaboration with the team. Training is provided to ensure success in this role.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, ongoing education, competitive compensation, and mentorship to grow professionally within a leading wound healing and amputation prevention organization.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN nursing license required.
• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Prior experience working with wound care patients preferred (Will train).
• Experience with billing and coding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on nursing principles and evidence-based practice.
• Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately.
• Prioritize nursing actions considering patient needs, acuity, and outcomes.
