Wilora Lake Healthcare is seeking a qualified Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team. The role supports advanced wound management, coordinates with physicians and nursing staff, and ensures regulatory compliance to promote resident healing.

The position offers full-time hours (Mon-Fri, 7 am - 3 pm) and benefits. Jrndicated opportunities for staff education and program development are emphasized, along with care coordination across interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current Wound Care Certification required, CPR certification.
• Active nursing licensure in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 1 year wound care experience (preferably 2 years).

Responsibilities

• Liaise between physicians and nursing staff to coordinate wound care.
• Develop and monitor individualized wound care plans.
• Educate staff on wound care best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure policy adherence and participate in surveys and inspections.
