Responsibilities

- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Lead pressure injury prevention initiatives.
- Educate staff on wound care best practices and infection prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing teams.
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
