Job summary

Are you passionate about helping patients heal and improving quality of life? Adams Place is looking for a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Wound Care Nurse to make a meaningful impact every day. As our Wound Care Nurse, you\'ll be the expert guiding the prevention, assessment, and treatment of wounds, pressure injuries, ostomies, and skin integrity concerns. You\'ll work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care while educating staff, residents, and families on best practices for wound prevention and healing.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and treat wounds and skin conditions
