Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse to join our leadership team in a full-time, salaried role. The position emphasizes wound assessment, treatment, prevention, and ongoing monitoring, while guiding and supporting a nursing staff.

Qualifications

  • Current Pennsylvania nursing license in good standing required.
  • Previous wound care experience preferred.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead, support, and motivate a nursing team.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, monitor, and treat wounds and skin conditions.
  • Develop and maintain individualized wound care plans.
  • Monitor residents’ progress and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate clinical team members.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of wound care and treatments.
  • Provide education and guidance to nursing staff regarding wound prevention and treatment.
  • Support quality-improvement initiatives related to wound care and skin integrity.
  • Promote the highest standards of compassionate, resident-centered care.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Nurse who is passionate about providing quality resident care while supporting and leading a nursing team.

Position Details
  • Full-time, salaried position

  • Monday–Friday schedule

  • Leadership role within our nursing department

  • Focus on wound assessment, treatment, prevention, and ongoing monitoring

Responsibilities
