Horsham Center for Jewish Life in North Wales, PA is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide hands-on nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and physicians to support resident wellbeing.

We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. As an LPN at Horsham Center, you will be an important part of our resident care team, providing hands‑on nursing care, supporting clinical needs, and working closely with residents, families, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Provide compassionate, hands‑on nursing care based on individualized resident care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Work collaboratively with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
Assist with maintaining a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents.
Advocate for residents and help ensure their individual needs and preferences are addressed.
Contribute to positive resident outcomes through quality, person‑centered care.
Current Pennsylvania LPN license required.
Compassionate and dependable approach to resident care.
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Commitment to providing high‑quality, resident‑centered care.
Previous long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
