Qualifications

• Must have a current North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license.
• Preferably has previous wound care and long-term care experience.
• Willingness to work every other weekend is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for wound care using safety and clinical protocols.
• Maintain complete and accurate patient records/charts.
• Reinforce patient education as it relates to wound healing procedures.
• Perform daily wound healing procedures as required.
• Participate in quality improvement and safety programs.
