Job summary
Fletcher Rehab and Healthcare Center in Fletcher, NC is hiring a Full Time Wound Care Nurse to provide specialized skin and wound treatments for Residents. The role requires obtaining treatment orders, supervising staff, and ensuring safety and quality care under established policies.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current state RN or LPN license.
- CPR certification required.
- Wound care certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform skin treatments and wound care per orders.
- Obtain treatment orders and modify regimens per policy.
- Supervise staff and ensure safety and welfare of residents.
- Administer medications within scope of practice.
- Complete weekly skin sheets and care plans as directed.
- Educate staff on wound prevention and care.
