Job summary

Groupe S&H is seeking a Wound Care Nurse to join our day shift team. This role involves establishing standards of care and competencies for rehabilitative patient wound and ostomy needs. The Wound Care Nurse will also lead the development and monitoring of our wound care program to enhance clinical outcomes.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of RN experience and an accredited nursing school graduate. Required certifications include RN licensure in VA and WOCN certification, which must be completed within one year of hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years RN experience in the clinical setting.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• WOCN certification required or pursuing completion within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Establish standards of care and clinical competencies.
• Consult for complex wounds and take referrals.
