Job summary

Woundtech is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for part-time home visits in the Phoenix to Anthem, AZ area. You will provide hands-on wound care and document visits efficiently under the supervision of a physician.

Responsibilities include debridement, wound management, patient education, and coordination with physicians, labs, and other services to optimize healing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate NP or PA degree from an accredited program.
• National certification as NP or PA is required; wound care cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on wound care during home visits as directed.
• Perform wound debridement via appropriate methods.
• Apply topical wound care products and manage wound care plan.
