Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner experienced in assessing, evaluating, and documenting skin and wound conditions.
• In-depth knowledge of treatment protocols for wound care.
• 1-2+ years’ experience in the care and treatment of wounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Wound Prevention Program.
• Screen new admissions, conduct assessments, and implement precautionary measures.
• Train Nursing teams on policies and protocols for the prevention and care of wounds.
