Job summary

Integrated Wound Care is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner for a part-time role focused on wound care in skilled nursing, long‑term care, and rehab settings. You will assess wounds, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a care team to improve resident outcomes.

This position requires an active NP license in CT, at least one year of wound care experience, and strong documentation skills in electronic medical records.
