Job summary

Healogics, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a part-time, PRN position in Richardson, TX.

Under the direction of an RN or Provider, you will deliver wound-related patient care in our center, following policies and safety protocols and supporting the care team. The ideal candidate has an active LPN/LVN license, completion of an accredited program, BLS competency, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold a current LPN/LVN license.
• Demonstrated competency in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Ability to work under RN/Provider direction in a wound care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound-related care under supervision of RN/Provider.
• Assist in intake and discharge as needed.
• Gathers patient information and necessary equipment.
