Job summary

RestorixHealth in Worcester, MA is seeking an LPN to join our wound care team. You will provide patient-centered nursing care under the guidance of registered nurses and physicians, using the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

Ongoing training will support your growth; the role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, and opportunities for coaching and professional development as you contribute to healing and quality of life for patients.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN nursing license required.
• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Prior experience working with wound care patients preferred (Will train).
• Experience with billing and coding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on scientific principles/nursing theory and evidence-based practice.
• Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames.
• Recognize change in the patient’s condition and intervene appropriately.
• Prioritize nursing actions including reflecting patient needs, acuity, and desired outcome.
