Job summary

RestorixHealth is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (PRN) to support wound care needs. The LPN develops, implements, directs, and evaluates patient care in collaboration with the care team, guided by the nursing process.

Applicants must have an active LPN license and CPR certification. Prior wound care experience is preferred, and training will be provided. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with competitive compensation and opportunities for ongoing coaching and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Wound care experience preferred (will train).
• Experience with billing and coding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on nursing theory and evidence-based practice.
• Implement physician orders accurately within defined time frames.
• Recognize changes in the patient’s condition and intervene appropriately.
• Prioritize nursing actions based on patient acuity and outcomes.
