RestorixHealth is seeking an LPN to join our wound care team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, following physician orders, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary staff on a dedicated unit.

The position emphasizes ongoing training, opportunities for career development, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend work. CPR certification and an active LPN license are required to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Formación

• Valid LPN nursing license required.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Wound care experience preferred (Will train).
• Experience with billing and coding preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care based on nursing theory and evidence-based practice.
• Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately.
• Prioritize nursing actions based on patient needs, acuity, and outcomes.
