Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive skin care, dressing changes and wound care.
• Monitor turning and positioning of residents.
• Monitor treatment of decubitus ulcers with documentation and communication to physician and family.
• Make rounds with physician to discuss care of residents on decubitus or catheter care.
• Assess weekly nutrition/hydration for residents with decubitus ulcers and adjust intake as required.
• Maintain clean, organized treatment cart and restock supplies.
• Follow Infection Control policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
