Job summary

The Wound Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Life Tech provides direct patient care and clinical support to wound care teams across skilled nursing facilities, home health, and other settings in New Jersey. Under the supervision of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician, you will assist with wound treatments, including UltraMIST Therapy, and coordinate care with the broader team.

Candidates should be a graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing and hold New Jersey LPN licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Licensed in New Jersey as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse by the New Jersey State Board of Nursing.
• One or more years of nursing experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Overview

The Wound Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care and clinical support to the wound care team in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, patient homes, and other clinical settings throughout New Jersey. Under the supervision of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician, the LPN assists with wound treatments, performs physician-ordered therapies including UltraMIST® Therapy, monitors wound healing, and ensures accurate documentation and coordination of care.

Salary range: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year.
