Complete Care Management in Bridgewater Township, New Jersey, is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. This role offers pay rate of $36.00 - $48.00 per hour with full-time, part-time and per diem opportunities.

As an LPN, you will administer medications, monitor residents, document care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in a warm community setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey LPN license.
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, subacute, or skilled nursing preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per orders and care plans.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional resident care.
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
• Follow all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
