Physicians Regional Medical Center-Collier is seeking a Nurse Manager, Wound Care to oversee the daily operations and clinical activities of the Wound Care department. You will provide leadership in patient care coordination, staff development, and operational efficiency while driving performance improvements.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes, ensure compliance with standards, and monitor metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or four (4) plus years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
• Master's degree preferred
• RN - Registered Nurse licensure required
• CWCN certification preferred

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations and clinical activities of the Wound Care department
• Lead staff development, onboarding, training and evaluations
• Develop and implement department policies, procedures and practice standards
• Monitor performance metrics and drive quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in audits and accreditation processes
• Manage budget and resource planning for the wound care program
