Job summary

Quality Home Care: Michigan Private Duty Aides seeks a field educator to serve as a trusted clinical resource across partner facilities. You will travel to various sites to provide hands-on education on wound prevention and skin/wound staging, helping teams select Medicare‑covered products that are cost-effective.

Role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to engage both DONs and clinical staff. Significant travel within your region and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on wound care experience and knowledge of wound staging.
• Strong Medicare coverage policy knowledge or ability to learn quickly.
• Outstanding verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the assigned territory to partner facilities on a recurring basis.
• Deliver in‑service education on wound prevention, skin/wound staging, and best practices in wound care.
• Identify Medicare‑covered product alternatives when current options aren’t covered, balancing clinical soundness and cost.
• Represent the company as a knowledgeable, dependable clinical partner at each facility visited.
