Job summary

Quality Home Care: Michigan Private Duty Aides is seeking a Field Wound Care Educator & Clinical Account Liaison (Travel Required) to educate facility staff on wound prevention and skin/wound staging while guiding cost-conscious, Medicare-covered product choices. In this high-visibility role you will visit partner facilities, build strong DON relationships, and present to clinical teams.

A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required to support Medicare-related wound care

Qualifications

• Hands-on wound care experience and knowledge of wound staging, prevention, and products.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the assigned territory to partner facilities on a recurring basis.
• Build relationships with Directors of Nursing and clinical leadership.
• Deliver in-service education on wound prevention, skin/wound staging, and best practices.
• Identify Medicare-covered products and educate staff on cost-conscious, evidence-based choices.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare policy related to wound care products and coverage.
