Job summary

Harris Regional Hospital is seeking a Director of Wound Care to lead the department, align goals with organizational strategy, and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care in a full-time day-shift role.

The director will manage staff, budgets, and compliance while coordinating with IT and clinical teams to optimize service levels and outcomes. Overnight travel is possible up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education.
• AHA Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
• Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards aligned with clinical and administrative requirements.
• Directs and evaluates operations including patient care delivery, information technologies, service levels and complaint management for quality control.
