The position requires strong leadership, budgeting acumen, and the ability to ensure compliance with clinical and ethical standards while guiding a dedicated team of professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred; applicable experience may substitute.
• AHA Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum overnight travel up to 10% by land and/or air.

Responsibilities

• Directs department activities and resources to meet objectives and standards.
• Directs and evaluates operations, including patient care, IT, service levels and complaints.
• Manages staff: planning, assigning, scheduling, hiring, training and performance reviews.
