Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification.
• 2+ years in charge/clinical coordinator role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RNs, LPNs, students and non-professional staff in direct patient care.
• Oversee unit operations to ensure regulatory standards and quality care are met.
• Participate in education and performance evaluations of personnel as designated by the unit director.
