Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of San Antonio is seeking a Wound Care Clinical Coordinator (RN) to lead and coordinate clinical activities in the Wound Care Center, ensuring efficient organization, planning, and high-quality patient care.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree, current RN license in Texas, ACLS and CPR certification; wound care experience and supervisory background are preferred. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and active RN license in the state of employment.
• ACLS certification is required; CPR certification must be maintained.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; wound care certification preferred.
• Extensive wound care and HBO experience; prior supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities within the Wound Care Center, including organization, leadership, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care.
• Maintain accountability for healing outcomes and patient satisfaction in the program.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize wound care protocols.
